Care Team

There were 4 get well cards signed from the Welcome table for the month of November. The fruit baskets were delivered to the homebound/shut-in’s the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Poinsettias were delivered on December 17th. A “Thank You” note was received Helen Morris: “To Care Team, I want to thank you for the very good fruit basket. I’m really enjoying it. You are all the best. Thank God for our church and you. I’ve slowed way down but still doing my best. Thank you all again, Love in Christ. Helen Morris Thanks for all the cards.” It has been a pleasure to be the Chairperson for the Care Team for the past 3 years. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to serve God and Grace Church. About Us

The CARE TEAM was established to help with visitations of the homebound members of Grace Church. We send cards, give fruit baskets at Thanksgiving and flowers at Christmas and Easter. The Care Team also provides leadership for the activities of the Prayer Chain for our church.

In addition, the Care Team provides funeral luncheons for members families who may request the help of the Care Team during this period of bereavement.

Our goal is to gain greater visibility within the church community, providing visitation services to shut-ins within our church community. We are constantly seeking additional people to join the Care Team and become part of our Christian outreach program.
